@RenuSingh @Sourin Lodh We have added screenshots and also comments are also added in reports along with the link of screenshots of images. On dev platform you can see settings on navigation bar. There is a configuration page there you can also go and add questions accordingly. If configuration is not visible just ping me once I'll provide the required permissions.

I have completed one more round of UAT for the online checklist and its looks good from my end. I have also requested the Ops team to perform a UAT from their end.

For the offline checklist, I have added the checklist questions and submitted the checklist but the checklist is not reflected in checklist report tab.

I did one more round of UAT for offline classes. The previous issue has been resolved. Checklist report file is not reflecting but the checklist is not capturing response for the below two questions:

Study Material, Lab & other necessary items (Like - Assessment, vouchers etc.) shared with the Trainer?
Study Material, Lab & other necessary items (Like - Assessment, vouchers etc.) shared with Participants?

Thank you for resolving the issue. Iteas is now capturing the above two questions in the export file for offline trainings.

Would you be able to add a date range field as well in the training checklist report tab so that we have the option to export a training checklist report for multiple days as well?
