1. Base location for all Trainers. 'Trainers>>Trainers>>Base Location'. Share Edit access with Trainers and Ops team to keep this updated for all Trainers.

2. Travel Reminder email to Ops - 3 days before Training start date for a confirmed batch.

3. For a confirmed Client Venue training, email needs to be sent to the Trainer as soon as Ops upload Hotel and Flight details, Travel Policy as attachment.
This option needs to be added at the same place where we currently get the option to add 'Achievement code' for the session. Attachments should have extension eligibility e.g., pdf, jpeg, etc.
