Description

We are getting 2 or more instances of the same training on Training Ops calendar on Outlook where we see just 1 training plotted at that time on that Trainer on ITEAS.

Assumption - 1. Change in trainer does not make effect to the joining link that was generated previously as the Training was confirmed before. Changing the trainer gets a new link generated but the previous joining link does not get deleted.
2. Change in date/timings of a session post confirmation may be triggering generation of a new joining link every time.

Also, there are instances where Trainer name does not populate with the auto generated link.

Multiple instances for the same training also appear on the Training Ops calendar for a training that's plotted once on ITEAS.
