iTEAs- MS Learn process amendment - discussion

Once the trainer is blocked on iTEAs -- Form with fields (Code, redemption URL) required to send MS learn to participants.
Joining link section to be removed temporarily. while sending MS learn to the participant.
MS learn email to be sent to the participants on the 1st day's - 1st half of the training start date. & on the last training date.
MS learn reminder to be sent to participants after every 1 alternative day while the training is running.
The above requirement is to be implemented on Retail batches initially to see if everything works well.
An option to fetch the report with the training data where MS learn codes were sent along with the trainer name, course name, etc. Attaching the sample report file for reference. Kavyashree K, please attach the sample report template.
