Hi Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

Due to a medical emergency in my family, I had to urgently travel from Bangalore to my hometown in Kerala to be with my family. As a result, I was on leave and unfortunately missed the DevOps Essentials and Ansible Essentials sessions.

Until this point, I had maintained 100% attendance and was fully committed to the course. I deeply regret not being able to inform you in advance, but the situation required my immediate attention.

I kindly request your support in allowing me to join a new batch so I can complete the course without missing any sessions, as each one is crucial for my learning and certification.
