Dear CloudThat Support Team,

I am writing to bring to your attention that I have not yet received my AZ-400 certification exam voucher, which was supposed to be provided as part of the CTJGP.

Upon inquiry with my trainer, I was informed that there might be an issue related to the "offer letter signing" process, and that I need to speak with the POC (Antara Ma'am) who helped with my enrollment. Unfortunately, I have been trying to reach out to the concerned person, but the contact number I have appears to be invalid or no longer in service.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and guiding me on the next steps. I am fully committed to my learning and certification goals, and receiving the voucher in a timely manner is crucial for my exam planning.
