Hi Team,
I do not have access to "CloudThat Free Cloud." Could you please look into this issue at the earliest? It is quite frustrating to send an email for every access request in TestPrep.

It would be highly beneficial if the team managing TestPrep could take proactive measures to ensure that all students have proper access to the learning materials. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
