Hello Rishav,
As discussed, please add the following feature in the Ticketing tool.
Feature request 1 - While selecting Query type in drop down add below two features.
1. Mock Interview query
2. Training queries
Feature request 2 - Add a screenshot attachment option for all the queries. The participant can add max 2 screenshots. The feature should not be mandatory.
