Hi,
I was on Batch 31 at the beginning and I requested for Batch change and currently I am in Batch 33. Since I have missed classes while waiting for new batch to start, I have to refer video recordings and need take assessment. If I access my dashboard in https://testprep.cloudthat.com/ It still shows I am still in batch 31. Please change my profil3 to Batch 33 ASAP. This is my second time raising Ticket.
