Description: When hit the Blog Profile from Employee page it is showing 404

- Assignee set to Mayur Patel
Blog Profile will not come if user has never Published a blog.
If User in question has publish a blog let us know the User Details of that.
@Mayur Patel if User has no resource author name then do no show the blog profile clickable link in the system.
