New unavailability type to be added 'Trainer Evaluation call' -

Description
Add Unavailability>> 'Unavailable due to' dropdown>> 'Trainer Evaluation call'.
need below mentioned sections once the unavilability plotted in iTEAs in 'Unavailable due to' dropdown>> 'Trainer Evaluation call 'Part.
1) Status: Status to be updated as 'Red/On hold/Green'. Red indicates evaluation not cleared, On Hold is when tech call did not happen, Green is for the case where trainer cleared the evaluation.
2)Provide a text field for Sales to update the status and feedback/reason for the call.
Export Option:
Enable data export with a report containing: Trainer Name, Training Dates, Training Time, Status & Feedback.
Note: sales & Ops team must have the access to fill the Status section & for exporting data report and provide trainers view access only.
