Client name is being missed in confirmed trainings

Description
While editing some of the training data, I noticed that the client name is missing from the confirmed trainings, even though I had filled it in when I plotted those trainings.
- Status changed from New to In Development
- Assignee changed from Nisarg Desai to Rishav Mehta
- Target version set to Sprint 5
- Status changed from In Development to In Testing
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
Hi Team,
Training sales Team are uploading the client names, which are already exist in iTEAs from dynamics portal.
- Status changed from In Testing to Ready for Deployment
- Status changed from Ready for Deployment to Deployed to Production
