Description

Currently we have 'Online' option only while someone raises a request via 'Pending requests' section.

We would need a Drop-down menu to select Mode of delivery between - Online/Client Venue/CloudThat Venue so that request can be raised appropriately.

Post the request is submitted selecting 'Client Venue/CloudThat Venue' mode - Ops should get options like - Address, City, etc. as we get while plotting an offline batch.
