Description
Currently we have 'Online' option only while someone raises a request via 'Pending requests' section.
We would need a Drop-down menu to select Mode of delivery between - Online/Client Venue/CloudThat Venue so that request can be raised appropriately.
Post the request is submitted selecting 'Client Venue/CloudThat Venue' mode - Ops should get options like - Address, City, etc. as we get while plotting an offline batch.

Connected with Training Ops, as per the discussion, requirement is to give access to sales to add new venues in platform, so that they can directly request an offline training using that newly added venue.
