Description
Note: These bugs occurred in the past and were rectified. However, we have been facing these bugs again from past few days.
1. A few sessions plotted and confirmed once reflect multiple times on our training ops outlook calendar.
2. A few sessions plotted and confirmed do not reflect entries filled for all fields on the joining link. We checked it by double clicking the instance and opening on our Ops calendar. Note - training cannot be confirmed without filling all the fields.
3. A few sessions plotted and confirmed get the recurrence changed if opened in a browser and session settings also get impacted.

The recurrence of trainings in outlook was due to multiple hitting of submit button from the iTeas UI. The issue was found from the flow log from power automate.
We have introduced loader on the submit page of plotting training which will help to plot a training meeting only for once on outlook.
The missing of data in the meeting was not found as such for the new trainings.
The change in recurrence was not found in more than one training. The training was from past. Also, the training from 31st march (screenshot presented from trainingOps) which seemed to be not there in teams was also present. As discussed, if any instance would be missing later trainings will be looked upon again.
