Subject: Missing Assessment Data – Request for Assistance
Dear Cloud Support Team,
I recently completed an assessment on your platform and scored 96%. However, I noticed that all the related data, including the assessment details and my score, is no longer visible in my account.
I am certain that I clicked Final Review and Submit at the end of the assessment and saw my score at that time. Unfortunately, I now do not have any proof of completion as the data seems to be missing.
Could you please check the web settings or backend logs to verify my submission and restore the assessment details? If needed, I can provide the approximate date and time when the assessment was completed.
Please let me know if you require any additional information from my side to resolve this issue.

Hi team,
We have asked the candidate to take up the second assessment also, as the client had requested an alternative assessment that aligned with the certification course. Anyways, the candidate can now access scores from the first assessment also.
