Description: Currently, the escalation list only displays either team’s escalations or raised escalations. There is no option to view self escalations. Additionally, if the PU sheet template is not assigned, there is no visibility into your own escalations.
Requesting you to review this behavior and confirm if there’s a way to enable self-escalation visibility or if it needs to be addressed as an enhancement.
