Description: All Tech Leads, Vertical Heads, and BU Heads will serve as Coaches for training sessions.
Process Requirements:
1. On the training request page, the Sales SPOC should have a checkbox indicating whether a coach needs to be assigned for the session.
2. While Operations is plotting the session, there should be an option—along with assigning the trainer—to assign a coach as well.
3. The coach dropdown should display all available Tech Leads, Vertical Heads, and BU Heads who are free for at least one hour per day during the session duration.
4. Once assigned, the coach should automatically receive the session details on their calendar, including the joining link and coaching checklist. (No utilization tagging is required at this stage.)
Coaching Checklist:
Accent is neutral
Whiteboard is clearly visible and readable
Participant interaction is happening over chat
Trainer communicates course URLs, reference links, and other details in the chat
Smooth transition between slides, whiteboard, and console
Trainer’s camera is on and attire is presentable
Session is interactive between the trainer and participants
Moderator follows best practices (active on chat, answering questions appropriately—not just sending reference links—and collaborating effectively)
A parking lot of participant questions is maintained daily, and the coach verifies with the trainer whether they were addressed after breaks
