To provide iteas access to TOD managers to request trainings

Hi Team,
1. Requesting access for all TOD managers to plot training requests in iteas.
2. And once they plot the request training ops should get all the request to approve under the pending request button.

Need name of the TOD managers to give access. I think Training OPs also have access to add those requesters. Attached are the screenshots.
