Description: Kindly allow us to plot past dates for the 'Preparing for Certification', at least within the same quarter
Two reasons:
1. If we block a few future days for preparation, then that will stop Training Ops from plotting urgent trainings on us.
2. Only once someone clear the certification only, they should be able to plot 'Preparation Days' on scheduler for utilization. Ideally people should not claim for utilization before they clear the certification.
There is no need to worry if someone would plot past dates just to show utilization because ultimately the manager has to approve it.
Kindly consider this urgent and approve it.

Respective 1st level manager and BU heads will be responsible for approving unavailability as preparing for certification will be calculated in utilization.
