Subject: Request for Assistance – AWS Hands-on Lab Access Issue

Dear Training Operations Team,

I attended the AWS Hands-on Session on 18th October, during which we were provided with free lab access for one month to practice. However, I am currently unable to access the lab environment — it is showing an error or not opening.

As I have an upcoming interview in a few days, I would really appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue my lab access so I can continue my practice.

Even i contacted though the mail to The Trainer: SINDHU PRIYA.M But I didn't get an responses from Madam and I have only fewdays to end the lab access.
