Description
Description: When I upload a certificate after the trainer clear certification, it is showing in the skillset.
Ideally a course should be shown in Skillset only once it is set for 'Ready for Training' stage.
For ex: I took a screenshot for Mohan Krishna skillset at 3.38 PM (SS Uploaded), then added the certificate image of AZ-204. After that I checked the skillset once again and it is showing Az-204 in skillset which is wrong (SS Uploaded).
