Hi Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I want to bring to your attention that we are not satisfied with the AWS training. The trainer is focused only on completing the course within the given timeframe and does not give us a chance to ask questions. He does not check if we have doubts, and when asked to slow down, he said he has to finish quickly.

I do understand the trainer may have a target to complete the course, but this approach is not fulfilling our purpose.

We invested our time and money expecting interactive sessions, as assured before joining. I even confirmed this in person with Mohith from your team. However, if the focus is only on course completion without addressing student queries, the training is not serving its purpose.

Please arrange a call soon to resolve this issue instead of prolonging it through multiple email exchanges.
