Hi @Rishabh,

1. Add a button name "HIGH Important Training", every sales team (Accounts Team, Inside Sales Team and Retail and international Team should get only 5 trainings in a month)
2. Once Ops select that button it should send email to Sales, Trainer's Manager and Ops Manager
3. In the email it should have below information
a. Training Details
b. Joining Link

As discussed during the call, once the High Importance training is assigned to a trainer, any issues that arise during the session should be documented as a short description in the training details box by the ops team, sales team, or the trainer's manager.
