CTJGP Support

Hello team,
Since I requested for a batch change when I access the test prep portal it shows all the recordings from batch 30, but am from batch 28, now when I need to revisit any of the recordings, I have to literally search for all the recording for a particular topic.

It's getting difficult and wasting my time if I have to learn about any particular topic, kindly give the access for my previous session as I have noted the date and topic in my notes manually.
I have wasted lot of time searching for the topics and haven't learned much.

I would be able to explain my concern over the call more clearly. I request you to please arrange the call with the concerned person.
