Dear Cloud That Team,

I am a Batch 27 participant in the CTJGP program. My name is SK Azizul Haque.

I am attending all the classes and understand that a 90% attendance rate is mandatory. Unfortunately, there is no way for me to verify if my attendance is being marked correctly.

Initially, I attended classes using my official email ID (itheldek.dr@hcgel.com). However, I later switched to using my Name Sk Azizul Haque. I informed Neerja mam about this change, and she told me she will inform to the operations team would ensure my attendance is marked under both email and my Name.

Since there is no way for me to confirm this, I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide a weekly attendance list. This would allow me to verify that my attendance is being tracked accurately.

On another note, I have completed the IT Fundamentals, Network Fundamentals, and Windows Fundamentals quizzes on the test prep website. However, the website is now displaying another participant's email address ([ jasmeetarora1407@gmail.com]) instead of mine. Additionally, it displays the message " Not available unless: Your Email address contains jasmeetarora1407@gmail.com" and prevents me from accessing the quizzes.
I have attached a screenshot of the error message for your reference.

I would be grateful if you could investigate this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
