Trainer profile: Skillset issue - New skillset getting removed while adding part to confirmed training

Description
Scenario - When we are adding any new parts on a confirmed training, we have to move it to 'Unscheduled' 1st before plotting it on any trainer. After this, while moving the training from Unscheduled to Trainer - the respective skillset/course gets removed from trainer's profile. We have to manually go ahead and add the skillset again.
This happens only on the newly added courses and not the standard courses that exist from before.
Problem statement - Training would have got plotted on a trainer only if a trainer had skillset added to his profile already but after editing/adding new part and trying to move that batch to trainer gets the skillset removed which shouldn't be the case.

closing this as there is no relation between auto updating of trainer skills by change in allocation of trainer in a training. Trainer skills can only be added/updated manually from the UI.
