when a respective salesperson updates the status for any trainer's evaluation call, respective BU Head of those trainer should receive a notification.

Step 1: trainer plots unavailability for trainer evaluation call.
Step 2: Respective Manager of that trainer approves unavailability request that is plotted by trainer.
Step 3: Sales POC, BU head and trainer management/training Ops gets notified via email with trainer evaluation call details.
Step 4: On the day of trainer evaluation call- a reminder via email send to trainer keeping respective sales POC, BU head and trainer management/training Ops.
Step 5: Once the trainer evaluation call is done, sales POC should start receiving email reminder to fill Status for that particular call on a daily basis until it is filled.
Step 6: Once the Status is filled by the sales POC trainer and BU head should get notified via email about the evaluation call status keeping trainer management/training Ops in loop.
